1. Agreement

By accessing or using nandaras.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About us

The Site is operated by Nandaras, an Indian proprietorship based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. GSTIN, PAN and full business address are available on request via care@nandaras.com.

3. Account & eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to purchase.
• Your mobile number is your identifier. You are responsible for keeping it accessible; we send order updates and OTPs to it.
• You may not create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

4. Products & pricing

• Every saree on the site is a one-of-one handloom piece; slight variations in colour, texture and weave are inherent to the craft and not defects.
• Photographs are shot in natural light; on-screen colours may differ marginally from the physical product.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate (5% for silk sarees under HSN 5007).
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipping; if a correction affects your paid order, we will contact you and refund the difference or cancel and fully refund if you prefer.

5. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm the order by SMS and email; the offer becomes a contract only when payment is captured (or COD is agreed).
• We may decline or cancel any order (for example, if inventory is depleted, address is invalid, or fraud is suspected) and refund any amount already collected.
• Since each piece is one-of-one, once an order is confirmed and paid, the piece is reserved for you.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. via UPI, cards, netbanking, and popular wallets. We may also offer Cash on Delivery for select PIN codes. We never store or see your card / UPI credentials.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — brand marks, product names, photography, illustrations, copy — is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially reuse it without our prior written permission. Sharing an individual product on social media with a link back to our site is welcome.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or other users’ accounts.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to harvest content, pricing, or customer data.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to send spam.

11. Disclaimer & liability

The Site is provided “as is”. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after we post an update means you accept the revised terms.
